Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using GarudaDrive's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

Be at least 21 years of age
Hold a valid Canadian or international driver's license
Have a clean driving record (no more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years)
Pass our identity verification process

3. Host Obligations

Provide accurate vehicle information and photos
Maintain valid insurance on listed vehicles
Ensure vehicles meet GarudaDrive safety standards
Respond to booking requests within the stated timeframe
Maintain a minimum acceptance rate of 70%

4. Guest Obligations

Use vehicles only for lawful purposes
Return vehicles on time and in the same condition
Report any accidents or damage immediately
Not smoke in vehicles unless explicitly permitted
Not exceed the stated km allowance without prior agreement

5. Platform Fees

GarudaDrive charges a platform commission on each completed trip: Standard Plan: 20% commission; Premium Plan: 15% commission. Payment processing fees apply separately.

6. Insurance

All trips on GarudaDrive are covered by $2,000,000 CAD liability insurance. This coverage is secondary to the host's personal auto insurance.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 24+ hours before pickup: Full refund
Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% refund
No-shows: No refund

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, under the laws of the Province of Ontario.
